Hydration for Sunny Hot Days

With the sunny hot days coming at us like there's no end, hydration
is even more important.

If you find yourself more tired, light headed and even having
more cravings or a loss of appetite, you could be experiencing
dehydration.

Try these three simple steps to keep your body hydrated:

1- Upon waking enjoy a 16 ounce cup of luke warm water with
a fresh squeezed lemon in it. Lemon is very hydrating.

2- Drink plenty of water throughout the day and keep in mind
that when you drink an 8 ounce cup of coffee, you will need
to drink an extra 8 ounces of water just to break even. Caffeine
can dehydrate the body so it is important to replenish

3- Enjoy watermelon. Since it's almost 90% water, watermelon
is great for hydrating the body.

Follow these three simple steps and hydration on those sunny hot days
will be simple to maintain.
